With access to application, detailed credit, and servicing data, KGPT has the comprehensive information required to answer questions specific to lending programs. Additionally, KGPT has access to market performance, industry data, and macro economic trends which it uses to provide insight to users.

KGPT is effective for both technical and non-technical users. Non-technical users typically prefer the natural -> structured language capabilities of the model. This is where the model takes natural language like “give me the average credit score on all applications over the last three months” and converts it into the appropriate query before displaying the results to the user in the interface. For technical users, KGPT handles direction well. It will execute custom written queries for specified database tables if that is the preferred approach.
